Students must attend all 3 days and will perform their routine at our Summer Showcase on 8/24!

WHAT IS GROUP PERFORMANCE?

Our Group Performance class is a non-competitive team-based program for students ages 6+.  Athletes of all skill levels come together to perform a themed routine that showcases their individual strengths.  Performances include the use of props, costumes, music, and gymnastics equipment to elevate the routine. They also feature a Tumbling lesson during each class.

 -- This 3-day clinic is a great way to trial all the fun and excitement GP has to offer before enrolling for a term! 

East Coast TeamGym Clinic

August 2nd 4:30pm-8:30pm

August 3rd 9:30am-2:30pm

(Participation in both days is required)

$180 per athlete

Whether you're new to TeamGym or a seasoned athlete or coach looking to elevate your skills, this clinic offers the perfect opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with the TeamGym community.

Participants will receive in-depth training across all aspects of TeamGym, including dance, choreography, tumbling, vault, and mini-tramp. The clinic will also feature conditioning sessions, skill development and shaping stations, and team-building activities designed to strengthen both individual and group performance.

Led by a collaborative team of experienced TeamGym coaches from several East Coast gyms, the clinic promises high-quality instruction in a supportive environment. Judges will also be on hand to provide insights and answer any technical questions coaches may have.
