Gymnastics not only promotes physical strength, but also plays a key role in the mental, emotional, and social development of our youth.

Our highly-trained instructors revolve each class around a balanced curriculum that promotes progression and growth in a fun and safe environment. We pride ourselves in the amount of experience our coaches have and the amount of love and attention they show their students.


Girls Gymnastics

Level 1

1 hour class

$133 per 4-week session

A beginner-level course created to provide the opportunity to grasp the fundamentals of bars, beam, vault, and floor exercises. Athletes will build strength and boost confidence with lessons and skill advancements suitable for their age and level.

Level 2

1 hour class

$133p er 4-week session

Athletes who have completed Level 1 now progress to learn more advanced and multi-part skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor. This includes handstand forward rolls and transitioning into bridges on the floor, introduction to handstands and round-off dismounts on beam, pullovers on bars, and jumping to no hands with round-offs off the vault.

Level 3

1 hour class

$133 per 4-week session

In this class, athletes will be introduced to more advanced multi-part skills, such as walkovers on floor, handstands and cartwheels on beam, back hip circles on bars, and handspring vaults.

Level 4

1 hour 10 minute class

$139 per 4-week session

The class curriculum will cover the introduction to handsprings on floor, cartwheels on beam, front handsprings on vault, and the basics of high bar skills.

Level 5-7

1.5 hour class

$162 per 4-week session

The class curriculum will cover advanced springing techniques and focus on perfecting tucked front and back "no-handed" skills on both the floor and trampolines. Students will work on mastering back walkovers and flipping dismounts on the beam, as well as handspring and twisting vaults. On the bars, the class will introduce and develop kipping skills and flipping dismounts, aiming for both technical accuracy and consistency across all events.

Boys Gymnastics

Level 1

This is the perfect place to start for new gymnasts! This class is designed for beginner boys ages 5 & up. This is an introductory level class that focuses on the basics of bars, rings, vault, and floor. Athletes should have fun while they develop strength and gain confidence through age/level appropriate lessons and skill progressions.

Level 2

1 hour class

$133 per 4-week session

This class is for gymnasts who have mastered all of the skills from Level 1 and are ready for new challenges. Athletes will continue to develop basic skills, gain confidence, and progress while being introduced to slightly more advanced and multi-part skills on floor, bars, vault and rings. Including handstands, forward rolls on floor, pullovers on bars, step-up round off on vault and inverted skills on rings.

Level 3&4

1 hour class

$133 per 4-week session

This class is for gymnasts who have mastered all of the basic skills from Level 1 & 2. Athletes will continue to refine their basics and be introduced to more complex and springing skills on floor, bars, vault and rings. Including handstand forward rolls, bridging and introductory front handsprings on floor, circling skills on bars, handspring skills on vault and inverted skills and releasing dismounts on rings.

Interested in joining the BSGA Team? This class will prepare you! Focusing on routine combinations/skills, Tumbling, Vault, Mini- Tramp, and Choreographed Dance.

Group Performance Team

Ages 6+ : 1.25 hour class

$150 per 4-week session

Group performance is a non-competitive team-based program for students ages 6+. Athletes of all skill levels come together to perform a themed routine that showcases their individual strengths. Performances include the use of props, costumes, music, and gymnastics equipment to elevate the routine. Each class also includes a Tumbling lesson.

  • Students learn a new routine every three months.
  • The group performs a 2-3 minute segment of the routine which is then performed at each seasonal showcase, as well as during the BSGA home meet.
  • Performances consist of dance skills, acro, tumbling, and partner stunts.
  • They incorporate props and costumes to enhance the performance.
