OPEN WORKOUT
Come work on which ever skills you’d like during our weekly Open Workouts!
Every Friday 7:30-9:00pm. $12/Members  $15/NonMembers
Be SURE to call and reserve your spot … it always fills up!

PLAYGROUP
Bring your little one to the gym for a action packed hour of free-play in the gym!  Bring your friends…no need to be a member for this event!
Ages 4 and under.
Every Tuesday 1:30-2:30pm AND Friday 10:00-11:00am.
$8.00/child.

HIP HOP NIGHT OUT
Come dance the night away with the Bay State Crew!  We’ll be learning dances, making friends, and having TONS of fun.

PARENT’S NIGHT OUT
Make plans and we’ll take care of the kids!  Pizza, Drinks, a Movie and More!

CHEER CLINIC
A clinic dedicated to cheerleaders looking to work on jumping, stunting, and tumbling.

BACK HANDSPRING, TUCK, LAYOUT, TWIST CLINIC
Focused attention is required to progress through the skills in gymnastics. Take advantage of this clinic to work with your coaches and perfect your technique.

SECOND ANNUAL FAMILY OPEN WORKOUT TO BENEFIT THE JASON MENDES FAMILY FUND
We are inviting you to team up with Bay State Gymnastics Academy in an effort to support one of our very own families. Jason Mendes grew up in New Bedford, and graduated from Bishop Stang High School in 1995. Jason was first diagnosed with brain cancer in 1997. After fighting a long hard battle, he passed away in 2011.

Jason is survived by his wife, Kristen, and his two beautiful daughters Rhea (4 yrs old) and Olivia (9 yrs old).  We are asking our community to join in and help the family (plus you will all have a blast doing it!)

Our older guests are invited to work out on any and all of our gymnastics equipment including the tumble-trak, in-ground trampoline, foam pit, vault, bars, etc. For the younger ones, we’ll have plenty going on as well! Tons of fun jumping, climbing, playing games, soaring with the parachute, and tumbling into the foam pit!

Saturday, May 19th, 6:30-8:00pm.
