Performance Sport Training
Performance Sport Training is a safe and effective program that enhances the general strength and conditioning of the athlete. Each class will introduce elements of training techniques that can be crossed over from one sport to another. Classes will incorporate Speed and Agility training with sprint and plyometric work; Balance and Functional training to increase core stability and performance strength; Strength training using both body weight exercises and, depending on each athlete’s ability, weighted exercise using Power and Olympic lifts which are most effective for sports performance.

Classes Meet Twice a Week – Monday 6:30 & Wednesday 6:45

$204.00 per Session (8wks)

Kids General Fitness
Kids General Fitness is a great introduction to fitness for children 5 & up. Weekly lessons will incorporate age-appropriate free weight exercises, plyometrics, calisthenics, sprint work, and body weight exercises through the use of medicine balls, stretch bands, and stability and Bosu balls. This class has three levels based on level of fitness and will help improve core strength, functional movements, total body strength and team sports.

Beginner Class – Designed to help kids get up and moving. This class will help provide a foundation in children playing individual and team sports.
Intermediate Class
– A more challenging workout to help kids build strength, and power for kids looking to build a healthy strong body.
Advanced Class
– Geared towards kids already in shape and looking for a tough and exciting workout that will get their hearts pumping and push them to an optimal performance level.
